Rewire and Rise Counseling is a therapist-founded small group private practice built by clinicians who truly understand what it means to sit in your seat. Our team of certified masters level and licensed mental health therapists provide telehealth outpatient care to individuals, couples and families across Massachusetts.

Rewire and Rise was created to help you break free from destructive patterns, heal emotional wounds, and rewire your mind so you can rise into a life of clarity, confidence, peace and purpose.

Our therapists bring expertise in anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, relationship challenges, grief work, life transitions/stressors, perinatal/postpartum mental health, mood disorders, OCD, career challenges and more. We combine evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, ACT, ERP and trauma-focused therapy with a warm, nonjudgmental style that makes every session a safe space to be yourself.
